As a leading precision molder, Koller-Craft provides world-class service to a variety of diverse markets, including Automotive, Consumer Products, General Industrial, Commercial Lighting, and Packaging. Many of Koller-Craft's customers are world-class market leaders, demanding the best out of their suppliers.
Koller-Craft molds a wide variety of automotive component parts including lighting, under-hood/fuel system, interior, and electrical. Koller-Craft is a pioneer in the industry in that it has been supplying OEM parts to the automotive industry for over 60 years. The many challenges involved in keeping automotive production lines running, error free, has served as a driving force for our engineering and production systems to achieve top efficiencies and quality.
Koller-Craft, both as a custom molder and through our proprietary corporate products, serves many different consumer markets. These include pet supplies, sporting goods, and automotive aftermarket products. Many of these products are sold through major retail outlets. Our use of EDI and scanning capabilities allows us to manage production and shipment needs. Many of these "retail" products also require UL and FDA certification ratings.
Koller-Craft produces specific parts and assemblies for the general industrial market. Koller-Craft offers "start-to-finish" capabilities; from initial part design and development, to prototyping and mold building, and finally to injection molding and assembly, if required. We understand the importance of keeping costs down and hitting a product launch date. As a privately owned entity, we have the inherent advantage of being able to make quick decisions as required.
As part of Koller Enterprises, our lighting division SLP Lighting has been supplying the commercial lighting industry since 1969. SLP Lighting is a leader in developing and manufacturing a full range of fluorescent lighting solutions and innovative products. Koller Craft serves other companies in the lighting industry with housings, reflectors, and lenses. Having both injection molding and vacuum metalizing capabilities, we have the advantage of being able to control all aspects of the manufacturing process. We can also make aluminum reflectors in-house if required!
Koller-Craft has contract molded a wide range of injection molded components for the packaging industry. These range from high volume, close tolerance containers and lids for high speed food packaging fill lines, to very large collapsible totes used as returnable packaging. Our central location gives our customer the advantage of saving on freight and timing.
