recognizes the importance of keeping our customers
happy. We believe you should receive what you
ordered, when you want it. On-time delivery
and reject PPM are two of the metrics we use
to judge our performance. We also request annual
feedback from our customers – not just the
purchasing group, but also those individuals
who deal with our parts on a daily basis. Our
performance is posted in the plant for all
to see, because customer service isn't a department,
